We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Manager (RevOps) to bring discipline, predictability, and operational excellence to our GoToMarket engine. You will own forecasting, pipeline governance, CRM health, outbound tooling, partner attribution, and GTM collateral management coordinating with marketing contractor—playing a central role in accelerating our revenue motion.‑To‑Market engine. Your responsibilities will include:

Pipeline & Forecasting

  • Lead the weekly forecast with the CEO and Sales team; publish commit/upside views.

  • Enforce MEDDICC, stage exit criteria, and strict data completeness.

  • Audit opportunities in Zoho and identify risks early (slippage, missing fields, attribution gaps).

  • Drive continuous improvement through post‑mortems and process refinement.

CRM Ownership (Zoho)

  • Own CRM architecture, validation rules, workflows, and automation.

  • Build dashboards (pipeline, forecast vs actual, activity, partner influence, geo/segment/module mix).

  • Ensure all HubSpot legacy leads are reviewed and routed properly into Zoho.

·       Manage and operate the full outbound toolstack to enrich prospects, run email and LinkedIn sequences, and ensure seamless integration with Zoho.

Marketing Operations (interim)

  • Maintain active HubSpot legacy forms and ensure proper lead routing.

  • Coordinate WordPress/TranslatePress updates.

  • Implement basic lead scoring, attribution tracking, ABM lists, and post‑event workflows.

GTM Collateral Governance

  • Own the master pitch deck, solution/module decks, one‑pagers, case studies, validation templates, pricing sheets, and partner co‑marketing kits.

  • Maintain a clean, versioned source of truth in SharePoint/Notion.

  • Collect feedback from Sales and CS; handle structure/accuracy while a contractor handles design.

Partner Operations

  • Build clean partner sourced/influenced attribution flows across Zoho & outbound tools.

  • Publish partner performance dashboards and collaborate with our Serbia‑based Partnership Manager.


Profil recherché

Must-haves‑haves

  • 3–6 years in Revenue Operations / Sales Operations in B2B SaaS.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and outbound tools.‑on experience with

  • Proven forecasting discipline and MEDDICC enforcement.

  • Experience with HubSpot (legacy), WordPress, TranslatePress.

  • Familiarity with Zoho Analytics or Amplitude.
