• Assist the IT Lead (and sometimes the Devops Lead)

• Support day-to-day operations, collaborators, procurement/deployment of equipment

• Maintain asset inventory

• Contribute to the improvement of IT (security, workflow, network etc)

• Team composition: 2 IT guys (Lead + apprentice)

• Team work: mostly with Devops Team, secondly with the Tool Team and other tech teams

Core Mandate (3 main missions)

• Maintain up-to-date asset inventory

• Improve IT processes

• Support level 1 and 3

Success Criteria (What are we expecting from you in the next months)

• Good communication with other teams

• Have a good understanding of the IT processes, devops processes, and how the company works

• Take actions on day-to-day tasks (on/off-boarding, hotline etc)
