Assist the IT Lead (and sometimes the Devops Lead)
Support day-to-day operations, collaborators, procurement/deployment of equipment
Maintain asset inventory
Contribute to the improvement of IT (security, workflow, network etc)
Team composition: 2 IT guys (Lead + apprentice)
Team work: mostly with Devops Team, secondly with the Tool Team and other tech teams
Maintain up-to-date asset inventory
Improve IT processes
Support level 1 and 3
Good communication with other teams
Have a good understanding of the IT processes, devops processes, and how the company works
Take actions on day-to-day tasks (on/off-boarding, hotline etc)
