As a Technical Artist on the Worldbuilding team, you will ensure our linear, narrative-driven environments meet the highest visual bar while maintaining rock-solid performance on PC and current-gen consoles. Leveraging Unreal Engine, you will manage the technical complexity of dense, highly detailed corridors and vistas, ensuring that every frame is optimized for both high-end GPUs and the fixed constraints of consoles.
Bring technical knowledge to upgrade our worldbuilding to the visual and performance standards set for AAA
Enforce performance guidelines for everyone involved in the world
Work closely with the procedural team to align on best practices and world population
Increased in performance on all relevant levels
Good working relationship with LD, LA, asset team and procedural
All relevant stakeholders having a better understanding of the tech behind performant worlds
