Welcome to the Team

Join Nexans in Zaragoza at a pivotal moment following the acquisition of Cables RCT. As Supply Chain Manager for Spain, you will play a central role in shaping and deploying the country’s logistics and supply chain transformation. Reporting directly to the CEO Iberia, you will ensure seamless material and product flows while keeping customer satisfaction at the heart of operations.

Getting a Flying Start

In this role, you will take ownership of all incoming, internal, and outgoing physical flows from demand planning to transport and delivery. By structuring efficient supply chain processes and leading a skilled team, you will optimize capacity, inventory, lead times, and costs, while supporting the integration of Cables RCT and strengthening Nexans’ operational performance in Spain.

How You Make an Impact

  • Lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations, including transport

  • Deploy and drive Spain’s logistics and supply chain transformation

  • Ensure high customer service levels (OTIF) and embed the customer voice across the site

  • Manage demand planning, S&OP, capacity, inventory, and bottlenecks

  • Lead production and supply planning (MRP, MES) and master data reliability

  • Drive performance through KPIs, cost optimization, and continuous improvement routines

  • Manage and develop supply chain teams, fostering skills, versatility, and safety culture

  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards

  • Actively contribute to site and group governance through management and executive committees

Your Starting Points

  • Master’s degree in Engineering or Business, with a specialization in Supply Chain or Logistics

  • Strong experience in industrial supply chain management with team leadership exposure

  • Solid expertise in SAP, Ortems, and advanced Excel

  • Proven ability to lead change, plan ahead, manage risks, and make decisions

  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong analytical and communication skills

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, French is a plus

  • Willingness to travel occasionally
