To accelerate the growth of our Accessories business, we are strengthening our commercial presence in the region. This newly reinforced role is key to expanding our market footprint, deepening customer relationships, and building the foundations for long-term, sustainable growth — including the future creation of a dedicated sales team.
You will join a collaborative sales organization working closely with marketing, customer service, technical experts, and cluster leadership to drive profitable growth.
As Sales Manager – Accessories, you will take ownership of a defined portfolio of distributors, OEMs, contractors, and utilities. Your mission is to grow turnover and margin by leveraging existing relationships, developing new channels, and driving project opportunities through the value chain.
This is a hands-on, field-focused role where your market insight, commercial acumen, and ability to build credibility with key decision-makers will directly impact Nexans’ performance and brand visibility in the region.
Deliver profitable sales growth against budget for a defined customer and product portfolio
Develop and manage key customer relationships, targeting decision-makers to secure long-term business
Drive project pull-through by identifying, tracking, and converting project opportunities
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and proactive gap management
Negotiate pricing and service agreements in line with Nexans policies and margin objectives
Act as the bridge between market strategy and country-level execution, sharing market intelligence and customer insights internally
Proven experience in electrical wholesale, distributors, utilities, OEMs, or contractor markets
Strong track record in sales and business development, delivering profitable growth
Solid understanding of pricing, margins, and commercial negotiation
Technical knowledge of low and medium voltage accessories (or ability to build it quickly)
High level of autonomy within a large multinational environment, with strong reporting and forecasting skills
Willingness to travel extensively and operate predominantly in the field
