GETTING A FLYING START

As a Korea Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for leading Korea Finance team to drive Korea business with safeguard company assets.

HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

• Establishing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures
• Monitor and enhance the solid internal control system
• Provide overall financial analytics, leadership and support to Korea developing, implementing, and maintaining reporting and insights for the leadership team including metrics, KPI's and financial packages - including the explanation of key drivers of financial performance
• Use financial analysis and business acumen to provide decision support and/or make tactical and strategic recommendations in a variety of financial and non-financial areas
• Manage and support implementation of finance vision across the finance function. Lead process improvements by focusing on value added activities
• Capital expenditure budgeting and appropriation request evaluation
• Be eager to accept stretch assignments and ad hoc projects as needed.
• Risk management, FX and Metal management, Credit management, Tender review
• Reporting financial statements and providing assistance to the internal and external auditors
• In charge of Cost Saving, Credit Committee Meeting, Tax reporting and management
• Encourage an atmosphere of teamwork, safety, creativity, trust and respect

YOUR STARTING POINTS WHEN YOU JOIN

• Education: University degree required.  Finance Major, CPA, ACCA is a plus.
• Experience: At least 12 years experience in finance field, 6 years solid finance analysis experiences
• Familiar with the ERP system, e.g. SAP FI/CO
• Experience in HFM (Hyperion) preferred
• Excellent MS Office skills, e.g. Excel, PPT
• Strong Leadership Skills
• Ability to work well under pressure with strict deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude Must have strong interpersonal and communications skills and be a team player
• Possess high energy and the ability to handle conflict
• Good written and spoken English.
• Good analytical skill
