As Group Compensation & Benefits Manager, you will combine corporate C&B expertise and regional partnership to design, implement, and elevate C&B programs across the Group.

You will:

  • Roll out and enhance Nexans’ global Compensation & Benefits policies in line with our strategic ambitions.
  • Partner with HR leaders in your Region to provide best-in-class advice and solutions to business challenges.
  • Lead initiatives that harmonize, modernize, and optimize our total rewards programs — from benefits to annual salary reviews.

What you’ll do :

Corporate scope

  • Shape the global Benefits strategy and lead a 3-year roadmap to align practices, optimize costs, and improve service levels.
  • Build and steer a global benefits community and manage benefits harmonization / synergies post-merger.
  • Partner with the Group Insurance team on key initiatives, including Captive implementation, service and cost optimization projects.
  • Drive Annual Salary Review (ASR) policy and execution — from budget sizing to payroll implementation — ensuring fairness, agility, and performance alignment.
  • Develop innovative tools, metrics, and communications to enhance transparency, compliance, and employee understanding.
  • Contribute to C&B reporting for the Universal Registration Document (URD) and CSRD compliance.

Regional scope

  • Act as the C&B expert partner to Regional HR leaders and managers, advising on compensation, benefits related challenges.
  • Support regional projects (recruitment, mobility, M&A, etc.) with strong analytical and strategic input.
  • Run annual compensation campaigns (ASR, bonuses, LTIs) and ensure local implementation meets global guidelines.
  • Benchmark and analyze competitiveness of pay practices to drive alignment with market standards.

What you bring :

  • Proven experience (8+ years) in Compensation & Benefits within international organizations.
  • Strong understanding of global benefits management, compensation processes, and HR data systems.
  • Experience working in matrix organizations with both corporate and regional stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and influencing skills — you turn data into actionable insight.
  • A collaborative mindset, ready to challenge the status quo and support transformation.
  • Fluent English; French is an asset.
