As our Customer Support Specialist, you’ll take care of our travelers and our nannies worldwide (the affectionate nickname we gave our partners). If patience, responsiveness, organization, and empathy are your strong suit, and if you have at least one year of experience in customer relations, you might be the person we’re looking for!
As part of the restructuring of our customer service and to accompany the diversification of our offer of services, your main missions will consist in:
Handling complex disputes reported by travelers or nannies;
Benchmarking the best processes to improve our continuous support;
Improving our Help Center based on customer feedback to allow users to find any information quickly;
Manage the operational part of the company;
Turn all your interlocutors into Nannybag fans, thanks to unfailing kindness!
Before applying, please note that communicating properly with users in French and English is required. Spanish as an additional language is a big plus.

A good listener with solid writing and oral skills in French and English (Spanish is a big plus);
Utterly patient and knows how to keep their temper in all circumstances;

Have a previous experience in Customer Success;
