Job Description

Purpose of the position:

The main purpose of the Used Cars Coach is to support the network of dealers in the area to which they belong in achieving the set objectives, to increase the used business in the assigned area by constantly visiting the dealers in the reference area and to be the referent of the dealers not only as commercial but also consultancy support, monitoring the progress of the business through the reference KPIs.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

With regards to the assigned area, the Used Cars Coach will:

· operate within the assigned activity aiming to carry out all the necessary initiatives to ensure the achievement of the objectives set for the Used BU;

· prepare and complete the action plans in line with the service standards required by MSXI and the NSC and draw up any corrective action plans; support the dealer in terms of used BU management, with focus on Pricing Management, Stock Management, Trade in Management, monitor used sales, monitor physical and virtual exposure of the stock, monitor used KPIs, introduce promotional plans, analyze competitive activities, guarantee the skills of the sales team;

· Manage any problems with dealers by contributing in finding the best solution that ensures the achievement of the objectives of both parties;

· Constantly check the deviations from the objectives and plans any corrective actions;

· Plan the own activity on the territory in total autonomy, finalizing it to achieve the assigned objectives;

· Be always and constantly updated on the official NSC and Sales / remarketing department communications relating to marketing policies, renewal policy updates, update conditions for the assignment of remarketing vehicles.

· Independently manage the dealers and definition of action plans aimed at achieving the assigned objectives;

· Plan the own activities and corrective actions;

· Define the own travel plan in line with the project needs and with the assigned objectives.

 


Profil recherché

Requirements:

· Degree in engineering/Economics;

· Minimum 3 years working within the automotive industry, used car in dealership and/or OEM/NSC;

· Being able to work under pressure and deliver results to agreed timescales;

· Experience of communicating and building relationships at all levels;

· Proven ability to make sound business decisions;

· Customer oriented;

· High level of behavioral competences;

· Well organized, reliable and motivated, autonomous and proactive;

· Collaborative approach;

· Strong influencing and communication skills;

· Problem solving;

· Good systems and PC knowledge / skills;

· Good educational background;

· Italian language native;

· English language fluent.
