Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Press Fleet & Media Operations Specialist to join our team and support our client's press and communications activities. This role combines strategic coordination, operational excellence, and media engagement to ensure seamless communication processes and premium brand representation.

Key Responsibilities

Press Fleet & Vehicle Management

  • Plan and book SoKo vehicles for media and stakeholders.
  • Specify and order press cars in collaboration with product managers.
  • Oversee technical checks and running-in processes for new press vehicles.F
  • Prepare monthly newsletters on press fleet availability and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with the client fleet policies and manage logistics for brand ambassadors.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Generate quarterly reports and weekly media updates (AK-Circle).
  • Create market fact sheets and conduct monthly clipping analysis.
  • Monitor media coverage and evaluate performance after press vehicle loans and events.
  • Deliver insightful conclusions to support communication strategies.

Platforms & Tools Management

  • Maintain media monitoring platforms and update Press Club content daily.
  • Ensure timely uploads and accurate archiving of communication materials.

Media Relations

  • Prepare press books, newsletters, and maintain stakeholder/media contact databases.
  • Support event-related documentation and follow-up on invitations.
  • Deliver high-quality press materials ahead of media cycles.

Profil recherché

  • Mandatory university degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in the automotive industry, ideally with premium brands.
  • Solid understanding of vehicle brands and communication processes.
  • Strong presentation and coordination skills for event and media preparation.
  • Familiarity with communication tools and platforms (experience with specialized systems is a plus).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Native or C1-level proficiency in Portuguese and English (mandatory).

Performance Indicators

  • Timely completion of bookings, reports, and media updates.
  • Accurate and insightful reporting to support communication objectives.
  • Compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs) for newsletters, requests, and platform updates.
