Job Description

As an Account Executive, you will drive revenue growth by managing assigned client relationships and executing strategic sales initiatives aligned with the annual Sales Plan. You’ll play a key role in prospecting, shaping proposals, managing renewals, and supporting the successful delivery of services.

Sales Execution & Client Management

  • Deploy the annual Sales Plan across assigned clients
  • Manage prospecting, lead nurturing, and opportunity definition
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with client stakeholders and purchasing departments
  • Oversee RFI/RFQ processes, service renewals, and contract/PO management
  • Collaborate closely with Strategic Account Executives (SAEs) on multi-market proposals
  • Submit global pricing quotes for internal approval

Business Performance & Delivery Support

  • Support the Delivery team in business reviews and performance check-ins
  • Participate in industry events to strengthen client relationships
  • Assist with customer satisfaction and escalation handling
  • Identify and help mitigate operational constraints and risks

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and timely updates in CRM systems
  • Monitor sales performance and ensure alignment with local Sales objectives
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies and sales procedures

Profil recherché

  • Proven experience in sales or account management in a B2B environment
  • Strong understanding of client lifecycle management and sales pipeline development
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable with CRM platforms and data-driven decision making
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to work across teams and departments
