Job Description

Are you passionate about automotive technology and problemsolving?Do you enjoy supporting authorized repairers, diagnosing complex technical issues, and delivering excellent service? MSX has the job for you!

MSX is looking for a proactive and highly skilled Field Service Engineer to support our precious client’s network across Italy. The role is a blend of remote technical support, on‑site interventions, and training activities.

The Role

As part of our team, you will provide technical expertise and operational support to the Authorized Repairer Network, ensuring compliance with company standards. Your work will involve diagnosing vehicle concerns, guiding repair processes, supporting warranty topics.

  • Providing technical support to Authorized Repairers both remotely and on-site.
  • Investigating and analysing technical faults and delivering clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Explaining diagnostic procedures
  • Creating detailed technical reports and maintaining accurate case logs.
  • Engaging with technical departments independently and effectively.
  • Managing MSX and Client assets in full compliance with company policies.

Profil recherché

We would love to welcome a motivated professional who is passionate about automotive technology, customer support, and continuous learning. Our ideal Field Service Engineer has strong diagnostic skills, excellent communication abilities, and thrives both independently and as part of a team.

  • Degree in Engineering or previous experience as a Field Engineer or Technical Helpdesk Advisor in the automotive, truck, industrial, or agriculture sectors.
  • Alternatively, experience as an in‑workshop Diagnostic Technician in similar industries will also be considered
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage complex situations.
  • Teamwork mindset and a customer‑focused approach.
  • Valid driving licence (min. Category B)
  • Fluent level of English (B1 or above)
