Job description
As part of a replacement for a maternity leave coupled with the creation of a new position to support growth, Modjaw is looking for a Sales operation specialist with the following main responsibilities :
Main missions
The Sales Operations Specialist of responsible for communicating with and supporting the Sales team and for coordinating sales and leads with the CRM
CRM Management (support Sales Team)
· Management of the planning
· Being the first contact of new leads
· Management/follow-up of the leads
· Check of Emails and CRM notifications
· CRM data management
· Management of the KPI
Sales Administration
· Preparation of quotes for the Sales team
· Quotes and Orders follow-up:
· Payment follow-up
· Leasing contract to implement when requested
· KPIs follow-up
Preferred experience
Education and Experience required
Bac + 3-5 – international business
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position
Languages:
· French fluent
· English fluent
Qualities / Skills required
Rigor, autonomy, proactivity
Sense of organization and planning
Excellent soft skills
Strong customer satisfaction orientation
Ability to work in an agile and innovative start-up environment
Mastery of computer tools: sales management, CRM, office pack
Mastery of international trade techniques
