Job description

We are looking for a Product Manager to help us bring our suite of products to the next level. You will manage the delivery part of our products and act as an active contributor to the product discovery, in line with our overall product strategy.

This role might be the good fit for you if:

  • you are convinced that a close collaboration between product managers, designers, engineers, and other key stakeholders throughout the whole product development lifecycle is the most critical element to the success of a product

You can work out of any of our 2 offices: Paris or Lyon, and you will have opportunity to travel between offices to meet with colleagues.


  • be an active member of our product roadmap definition committee and influence the product’s future
  • translate the product roadmap into product delivery - you will own the backlog and be responsible for its prioritization based on inputs from all stakeholders & customers
  • iterate on a day-to-day basis with the Product Designer and the Engineering team to design & deliver solutions that guarantee viability, feasibility and desirability
  • use data to fuel decision-making and define KPIs to monitor the success of the various features
  • regularly align all key stakeholders around the product development & decisions that impact them, from product discovery to go-to-market

Preferred experience

You should:

  • have at least 2 years of experience shipping features as a Product Manager, a Product Owner or similar role
  • have experiences working in Agile methodology
  • be able to go into technical discussions with software engineers and data scientists about the finer details of our products, and translate them into specifications
  • have a team spirit and strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders that have different background than yours
  • be fluent in English and comfortable working with international, distributed, remote teams

Your application will stand out if you also have:

  • previous experience in a SaaS B2B company.
  • previous experience in a customer service role or working for a company in the customer service industry
