Your Impact:

As an Account Executive for Mirakl Connect, you will own the full sales cycle for clients in Australia, New Zealand, and South East Asia. Your mission: drive new business growth, expand Mirakl Connect’s Channel Management solution, and serve as a key partner to sellers and brands. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing new opportunities, while working cross-functionally to ensure successful onboarding and long-term customer satisfaction. Your ability to build strong relationships, understand needs, and deliver value will be critical to both our customers’ and Mirakl’s success.

This is a hybrid role (3x/week in-office) in either Sydney or Melbourne.

What You’ll Do at Mirakl:

  • Proactively identify, prospect, and engage new sellers and brands to drive revenue growth for Mirakl Connect in the APAC region.
  • Own and manage the full sales cycle—including discovery, solution presentation, negotiation, and closing—ensuring a seamless and positive experience for new customers.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Mirakl Connect’s Channel Management solution, consulting with clients to understand their needs and demonstrate the platform’s value.
  • Collaborate with onboarding, customer success, and product teams to ensure smooth integrations and accelerated time-to-value for sellers.
  • Develop deep knowledge of the seller landscape to provide relevant insights, recommendations, and best practices to both prospects and internal stakeholders.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
  • Track key performance metrics, pipeline status, and market feedback to inform strategy and improve our go-to-market approach.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, competitive activity, and evolving seller challenges to continuously refine your sales approach.

What Mirakl is Looking for in a Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • 5+ years of progressive sales experience with at least 6 months in a closing sales role.
  • A proven track record selling across multiple segments (i.e. SMB and Enterprise).
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing a sales pipeline, negotiating deals, and achieving or surpassing revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills—able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop actionable insights from data.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, and passionate about driving results in a high-growth environment.
