Join our team as a Customer Support Intern for a 6-month period and gain invaluable experience in providing support to players while receiving guidance and mentorship from our experienced Customer Support Manager.
As a Customer Support Intern, you will assist our players with their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring they have a seamless gaming experience.
You will assist our Customer Support team on the following tasks :
answering players requests, issues and questions thanks to our CS tools (We do not provide support via phone calls);
coordinating with the production team to get their insight on players issues and providing them with a relevant data and details regarding players’ main point of concerns;
generating and maintaining helpful external support content (game guides, troubleshooting, FAQs).

If your profile aligns with what we are seeking:
you will be invited for an initial phone call to confirm the key details (lasting between 10 and 20 minutes);
