As an AI Consultant in Brussels, you will contribute to the growth of mc2i in Belgium and work with a major client in the banking sector on strategic Artificial Intelligence projects.
You will bring your AI expertise to all of the following project phases:
Analysis and Design
Gathering and analyzing stakeholder needs.
Identifying and benchmarking solutions that meet governance and risk management needs.
Assessing the impact of the proposed solution on the user process and system maintenance.
Identifying functional and technical dependencies within the system and with others (upstream, downstream dependencies).
Defining the classification of the AI system with regard to the EU AI Act.
Deployment and Coordination
Supporting development teams during the design phase and ensuring that functional/technical specifications comply with the proposed solution and business requirements.
Testing and Acceptance
Preparing and carrying out tests of the solutions once delivered by the development team and providing all necessary documentation (test plan, tracking tool, incident management, etc.).
Change Management/Project Adoption
Assisting users in preparing communication and training plans, as well as in creating and leading workshops and training sessions.
Supporting companies in establishing AI governance.
You will manage these AI projects from end to end, from defining business needs to their implementation. Reporting to a local Manager, you will benefit from all the project management expertise acquired by mc2i and the feedback from our employees. Our DATA/IA center of expertise and our training catalogs will also allow you to stay current with technology to anticipate trends and innovations.
To support the growth of mc2i and its clients in Belgium, you will also be involved in our publications (blogs, press, ...), the recruitment of new talent, and the commercial activity of our firm.

You are looking for a permanent contract (CDI) in the consulting field in Brussels.
You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in AI or in Data with an AI background.
Your expertise covers the European regulatory framework: EU AI Act, GDPR, ideally supplemented by knowledge of issues surrounding responsible AI.
You also have skills in risk management. Knowledge of NIST AI Risk will also be appreciated.
Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLM) is a plus.
