Segment: Mars Digital Technologies, for Royal Canin

Location: Haguenau (30 min from Strasbourg) or Slough (United Kingdom).

The IT Product Lead will be accountable for all Core related projects and enhancement activities on the different Royal Canin ERP environments.

What are we looking for?

• At least 4 years of professional experience working on IT project management, deployment

• Previous experience working on ERP deployment

• Skilled in consulting and negotiating with diverse stakeholders, including external vendors

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Experience working in a regional or global environment with multiple stakeholders.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Engaged in early programs/projects discussions to understand complexity, align stakeholders and teams on resources, budget needed for the project timelines

• Manage the relationship with the third party vendor : align expectations, objectives and KPI’s. Review quality of service delivered by the partner and manage escalations/improvements if needed.

• Participate in budget build, periodic financial management of project budgets (purchase orders, cross-charges, cost plan updates tracking risks & opportunities)

• Periodical cross-charges to other teams

• Escalation point for core/development team, support in issues & crisis management

• Manage & collaborate with Business Process Lead team, Digital Technology functional leaders, projects sponsors/project managers, third party vendor to deliver against agreed scope/quality/time.
