Your future team
The L’Oréal Group Network team’s mission is to design and operate connectivity for over 300 sites, 2000 points of sale, and 90,000 employees in a (cyber)secure, scalable, and operable way. Their scope includes internet connectivity, WAN/SDWAN, internet security, remote access, public DNS, firewalls, etc.
Comprised of approximately 15 globally distributed team members, the Network team prioritizes cybersecurity, automation, and fosters a strong supportive culture, playing a vital role in all other infrastructure solutions.
What a day in the life of the Network Security Architect team looks like:
As part of the global Network team, reporting to the Head of Network Connectivity / Group Head of Network, under the supervision of the CTO (responsible for all L’Oréal infrastructure - Endpoints, Workplace, Hyperscalers, IT Identity, and Network), you’ll start your day with a team meeting to discuss priorities and ongoing projects. You’ll then dedicate your time to designing secure and high-performing internet access and remote access solutions, taking into account operational and security requirements.
You’ll work closely with security teams to analyze risks and implement appropriate protective measures. In the afternoon, you might lead a workshop with regional network architects to share best practices and ensure consistency across deployed solutions, or provide your technical expertise as Level 3 support to operational teams in case of a major incident.
