SRCM International Business Excellence Specialist

SRCM (Safety, Regulatory, Claims & Microbiology) is a committed, strategic R&I partner, managing complexity, and focused on the efficient delivery of R&I and business goals while ensuring safety, quality, compliance and claim superiority.

Operating both at functional and regional level:

We assess L’Oréal’s products Safety, Microbiology, Regulatory Compliance and Claims substantiation.

We cooperate with our partners to allow innovation and roll out of new product categories in the market and ensure post market surveillance

We anticipate & advocate on major strategic regulatory issues on each geography we operate Anticipate & advocate on major strategic regulatory issues at the international, regional and local level.

Missions

The International SRCM Business Excellence Specialist orchestrates the international network to deliver Entity Transformation ambition. Her/he monitors progress through KPI tracking and ‘delivered value’ reporting, proactively identifying field-level obstacles to mitigate risks. By supporting teams in adopting new ways of working, her/he ensures a fluid transformation. Acting as a strategic liaison with the R&I Transformation community, her/he harmonizes global practices and leverage cross-entity synergies. Finally, her/he accelerates priority projects by fostering change management and securing the rapid achievement of key milestones.

Methodological Framework & Performance Management

Act as a methodological facilitator and coach, empowering teams to define collective performance metrics and compliance.

Contribute to promote a culture of responsible SRCM risk management through education and communication strategies.

Establish and standardize methodologies, tools, processes and best practices to orchestrate network efficiency and output quality.

Co-design and deliver dashboards and reporting tools to monitor network performance, facilitate decision-making, and ensure transparency.

Co-define and implement a synchronized strategic GloCal framework for the SRCM network, ensuring alignment between global hub strategy and local agility to reach organizational goals.

International Network Activation & People Engagement

Activate and animate the international SRCM expert ecosystem, fostering collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and synergy across regions.

Collaborate closely with toxicologists, regulatory and claims experts, safety assessors, microbiologists…

Drive the deployment of network initiatives to ensure engagement, motivation, and alignment with strategic priorities and promoting continuous improvement and collective success.

Identify and address challenges related to network dynamics, providing solutions to enhance cohesion and effectiveness.


Profil recherché

PROFILE

Master degree in Project Management, Strategy or related field (business administration)

2 to 5 years of experience in the deployment and orchestration of international organizations within the Regulatory and Safety (Vigilance) fields ideally in pharma/cosmetics industries

Experience working in multicultural and cross-functional environments

Expertise in strategic planning, performance management and global stakeholder engagement

Recognized project management certification (CAPM, PRINCE2, AgilePM…).

Experience

Fluent in English, multilingual proficiency is valued

Highly cooperative working style and cross-functional mindset

Ability to bridge strategic vision with operational execution

Excellent problem-solving skills and results-driven mindset

Compelling communication and empathetic listening
