Who are they?
Manawa is the first website for booking outdoor activities in France and Europe, and we are looking for a Customer Service Manager to join our team in Paris. Our mission? Allow as many people as possible to discover outdoor and adventurous activities to experience unforgettable moments.
In just a few years, with a network of over 2,500 outdoor professionals and more than 6,000 activities worldwide, Manawa has become the leading website for booking a scuba diving experience in Greece, a canyoning trip in the Ardèche, a dog sledding trip in Quebec or a surfing session in Biarritz.
In May 2022, Manawa was acquired by Alentour. This French platform facilitates the distribution and booking of leisure activities, launched by the Banque des Territoires (Groupe Caisse des Dépôts), as part of the Tourism Recovery Plan.
Manage the projects of our adventurers (clients) via our back-office
Advise and guide our adventurers in their next adventures (canyoning, kitesurfing, rafting, surfing, diving, mountaineering…)
Help our clients after their reservation (backpack preparation, meeting point, weather conditions, …)
Be the first point of contact for our adventurers via (telephone, email, and online chat) before, during, and after the experience
Create and fill in our adventurers’ profiles in a centralized system
Build quality relationships with our adventurers and partners: you will be the “voice” of Manawa Participation in various projects on an ad hoc basis
Analyse customer interactions and requests to improve the workflow
You are interested in sports and outdoor activities
You speak English C2 and French C1 or another language
You are curious and enjoy teamwork in an international environment
You are not afraid to interact with adventurers and partners from all over the world
You have a first experience in customer service
You have experience in the tourism sector
You speak another language
