Lead and scale the US BDR team — managing a high-performing group of ~5 BDRs today, with immediate responsibility to hire and onboard 5 more as we double the team.
Own US top-of-funnel performance, ensuring consistent, qualified pipeline generation into enterprise accounts.
Coach for excellence through 1:1s, live call reviews, deal/sequence feedback, and structured development plans — raising the bar on quality, conversion, and confidence.
Build repeatable outbound motions by testing messaging, sequences, channels, and vertical plays — keeping what works and scaling it fast.
Partner closely with AEs and Marketing to refine ICP, account prioritization, and territory/segment strategy, with a sharp focus on landing massive US logos.
Work hand-in-hand with the Global BDR Leader (covering EMEA + US) to align strategy, reporting, enablement, and performance standards across regions.
Collaborate with GTM Engineers and Sales Enablement to roll out automation and AI-assisted workflows, improve tooling, and level-up onboarding + training.
Represent the US outbound engine internally, bringing market insights, competitor intel, and experiment results into GTM planning.
You might be a strong fit if you:
Have 1-2+ years leading BDR/SDR teams in B2B SaaS (enterprise exposure strongly preferred); and 2+ years as a BDR/SDR in B2B SaaS.
Have a track record of hitting pipeline targets and improving conversion across outbound funnels.
Know how to hire great people, ramp them quickly, and build a culture of intensity + ownership.
Are a hands-on coach — you can diagnose skill gaps fast and help reps improve week over week.
Think data-first, using activity and conversion metrics to drive decisions without losing speed.
Are excited by AI + automation in outbound and want to build the modern prospecting machine.
Thrive in a Series A environment: scrappy, fast, no fluff, high standards, big ambition.
Bonus points if you:
Have managed teams selling into HR, Talent, People, HRIS, or AI/Innovation personas.
Have built outbound across multi-channel workflows (email, phone, LinkedIn, events, partners).
Have experience with tools like Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Nav, etc.
