We are seeking a Head of Growth Marketing (part-time, freelance) to design and drive our growth and learner engagement strategies. In this manager-level role, you will focus on building campaigns and innovative experiences that attract new learners, activate them on our platform, and keep them engaged over time.
This is a strategic role that requires both development of vision, strategy, innovation, and performance measurement as well as hands on work drive to execution both as a manager and contributor.

Growth Strategy & Storytelling
Develop and own the full-funnel growth strategy to scale learner acquisition, reduce churn, and increase completion rates.
Craft compelling product-driven narratives that highlight the impact and value of our catalogue of courses and partnerships.
Identify innovative new strategies and channels to attract and nurture learners.
Acquisition, Activation & Retention
Develop multi-channel outreach campaigns to bring new learners onto the platform.
Build logic-based CRM workflows (via Brevo) to automate engagement based on learner behaviour (e.g., inactivity, milestones, progress) and manage team to implement.
Continually optimise engagement strategies to ensure learners stay active and complete their education journeys.
Management & Collaboration
Strategic leadership of FT team member plus ability to take on hands-on ownership of campaign execution and day-to-day CRM activities.
Collaborate with our operations and communications team to ensure campaigns are aligned, and consistently executed.
Performance Measurement & ROI
Define KPIs that track acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention as well as learner engagement.
Analyse campaign performance and learner behaviours across channels, generating insights that directly inform future strategy.
Report regularly to leadership on campaign effectiveness and return on investment, ensuring data drives decision-making.
Proven track record in Growth Marketing, CRM, or Lifecycle Marketing, ideally in a B2B2C or learning/education environment.
Expertise with Brevo (or similar marketing automation platforms: HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
Skilled in designing logic-based drip campaigns and behaviour-based workflows.
Strategic thinker who understands the full funnel and key levers in each stage of the lifecycle: acquisition → activation → retention → engagement
Strong analytical skills with experience measuring marketing ROI and learner/customer engagement metrics.
Excellent communicator and storyteller who can inspire action through learner-centric messaging.
Hands-on leader, with prior experience managing or mentoring executional resources.
Comfortable in a part-time freelance role, able to balance strategic oversight with agile collaboration.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
