Drive compliance implementation for our e-money license in France and support the growth of the compliance team in Brazil.
Tackle a wide range of responsibilities, including:
▪ Implementing financial security obligations
▪ Managing key provider outsourcing processes
▪ Developing new product policies
▪ Drafting and updating procedures and policies
▪ Preparing and submitting regulatory reports
▪ Presenting compliance updates to the risk, compliance & control committee
▪ Performing 1st-level compliance controls
▪ Conducting regulatory watch and delivering training
Eventually step into the role of MLRO for Swile Payment
10 years + experience, working preferably in a tech / innovative company
Expertise on e-money and payment services
Curious, proactive and autonomous in the way you drive projects
Pragmatic, collaborative and business-friendly mindset
Strong interpersonnel and communication skills
Excellent drafting skills (key for drafting of our set of procedures/policies, internal presentations and reporting to ACPR)
Fluent in English
