😎 Your future position :

  1. Drive compliance implementation for our e-money license in France and support the growth of the compliance team in Brazil.

  2. Tackle a wide range of responsibilities, including:

    ▪ Implementing financial security obligations

    ▪ Managing key provider outsourcing processes

    ▪ Developing new product policies

    ▪ Drafting and updating procedures and policies

    ▪ Preparing and submitting regulatory reports

    ▪ Presenting compliance updates to the risk, compliance & control committee

    ▪ Performing 1st-level compliance controls

    ▪ Conducting regulatory watch and delivering training

  3. Eventually step into the role of MLRO for Swile Payment


Profil recherché

✨ It will be a perfect match if you have

  • 10 years + experience, working preferably in a tech / innovative company

  • Expertise on e-money and payment services

  • Curious, proactive and autonomous in the way you drive projects

  • Pragmatic, collaborative and business-friendly mindset

  • Strong interpersonnel and communication skills

  • Excellent drafting skills (key for drafting of our set of procedures/policies, internal presentations and reporting to ACPR)

  • Fluent in English

  • Are a future responsible Swiler: you share our commitments to the environment, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and you are ready to work daily towards both individual and collective performance.
