Job Description

Within the Digital, Data & Tech (DD&T) department, you will take on an operational role. You will:

• Report to the Group IT Information System Director
• Manage the Group IT Infrastructure team (4 employees: SAP Administrator, Software Architect, System and Network Engineer, Office 365 Administrator)
• Work closely with other DD&T teams and local IT teams (60 people across 7 regions and 9 BUs)
• Oversee our technology partners (e.g., SAP hosting by OXYA; SAP BTP by SAP; Oracle Hyperion hosting by Oracle; Office 365 by Microsoft)

In a highly diverse environment, your main responsibilities will include:

• Defining the Group IT infrastructure strategy, with a cloud-oriented approach, in collaboration with regional, BU, and subsidiary IT managers, as well as the Group CIO
• Supporting the implementation of this strategy across regions, BUs, and subsidiaries on technical matters
• Providing technical support and expertise to subsidiaries for their projects and support activities (local infrastructure, networking, device management, etc.)
• Selecting and implementing relevant Group IT infrastructure solutions or services: managing RFP processes with the Group Purchasing Lead Buyer, setting up new environments (build), and upgrading/migrating existing ones (run)
• Supporting the roll-out of Group IT solutions in subsidiaries
• Managing the SAP ERP and BI environment (~4,000 users) in collaboration with external hosting and management partners, within a rich SAP ecosystem (S/4HANA, DataSphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, Business Objects, SAP Integration Suite, ePPDS, IAG, Signavio, Concur, etc.)
• Managing the Microsoft Office 365 environment (~9,000 users), in collaboration with Microsoft and 100 level-1 administrators (via CoreView delegation tool)
• Managing the global SD-WAN network (Fortinet) and SASE (CheckPoint), in collaboration with regional/BU/subsidiary IT managers and the Group IT Security Team
• Overseeing cloud infrastructures supporting key Group IT solutions (SAP ERP & BI, Oracle Hyperion, QAD Dynasys, UiPath, Siemens R&D, Data Platform, etc.), in collaboration with external hosting and management providers, ensuring SLA compliance
• Actively collaborating with Digital and Data teams to provide necessary technical support
• Working closely with the Group IT/OT Security Team on infrastructure-related topics (e.g., backup/restore, IT/OT integration)
• Applying the Group IT security strategy to Group solutions and supporting local IT managers in local implementation
• Ensuring availability and performance of Group IT solutions in line with SLAs, and providing relevant KPIs
• Defining and testing Disaster Recovery Plans for business-critical IT solutions, in collaboration with business stakeholders, IT solution managers, local IT managers, and the Group IT Security Team (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Hyperion)
• Participating in IT budget planning and follow-up, including cost reallocation to subsidiaries, in collaboration with the Group IT Business Partner

• Higher education in IT (Master’s degree or equivalent), with at least 10 years of experience in information systems
• Strong background in IT infrastructure, including cloud technologies, ideally within a company of similar size
• Ability to work in a matrix organization with lean structures
• A combination of leadership and hands-on technical skills, with the ability to support colleagues on operational issues
• Practical experience with SAP and/or Office 365 is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting with both IT and business stakeholders
• Fluent in English, essential for working in an international environment
• Willingness to travel to subsidiaries to provide on-site operational support when needed
