Professional skills:
- Higher basic training in bakery BP/BM or equivalent and 5 to 10 years' experience.
- 5 years' successful experience in industry or in connection with the bread-making industry
- Knowledge of bread-making raw materials and ingredients and their applications in product development.
- Fluency in English confirmed by experience of dealing with foreign contacts on a day-to-day basis. (Fluent in another langage would be a plus).
- Successful experience abroad would be a plus.
- Computer skills : PowerPoint, Excel, Word
The position will be based at the Marquette-lez-Lille site, with some international travel.
