We are looking for an International Customer Success Manager with experience in consulting or client management to join our growing global team.
Fluency in English and German is essential, as you will manage a portfolio of international enterprise clients across Germany, the UK, and other European markets.
You will act as both a trusted advisor and a strategic partner, ensuring that clients gain maximum value from our solution while contributing to Lemon Learning’s international growth.
This position sits at the intersection of consulting, customer success, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Success & Relationship Management
Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients across English- and German-speaking regions.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders (C-level, IT, HR, Training departments).
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive follow-up and strategic guidance.
Analyze client usage data to recommend adoption and optimization strategies.
Implementation & Consulting
Act as a project lead for new implementations: define scope, timeline, and deliverables.
Translate client needs into clear requirements and coordinate delivery with internal teams.
Provide product training sessions and documentation in English and German.
Strategic Support & Business Development
Collaborate with the Sales team on pre-sales activities (demos, RFPs, business cases).
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand client accounts.
Participate in marketing localization efforts for the DACH region and English-speaking markets.
Collaboration & Feedback
Work closely with the Product team to share customer feedback and influence roadmap priorities.
Contribute to process improvements to enhance customer experience globally.
Profile We’re Looking For:
Bilingual or native-level English and German (French is a plus).
3+ years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting within a SaaS or tech environment.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
Solid understanding of digital transformation, learning technologies, or software adoption.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, international startup environment.
Self-driven, organized, and proactive — you know how to manage priorities autonomously.
