Your team & responsibilities

You will join the B2B2C Distribution team and report directly to the Chief Business Officer. You will focus on developing Cafeyn Premium distribution deals within the Banks & Insurance, Retail & E-commerce, and Hospitality & Travel verticals.

Your missions

  • Prospecting and sourcing new partners in your assigned verticals, identifying high-potential opportunities for Cafeyn Premium distribution.
  • Leading the full sales cycle: building business cases, pitching Cafeyn’s value proposition, negotiating commercial and contractual terms, and closing new deals.
  • Managing executive relationships with senior stakeholders (C-level, VP) at partner organizations.
  • Ensuring a smooth handover of signed partnerships to Channel Marketing and Account Management for activation and growth.
  • Contributing to vertical expertise by gathering market intelligence, competitor insights, and best practices, helping refine our playbooks and go-to-market approach.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Product, and Marketing teams to structure deals and align on execution.
  • This is a hands-on, results-driven sales role, requiring a mix of commercial hunting skills, negotiation expertise, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, international environment.


Who are we looking for?

You are at the right place if you have

  • 6–8 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Strategic Sales roles
  • Experience in B2B2C distribution models (Banks/Insurance, Retail/E-commerce, Hospitality/Travel, or related sectors)
  • A proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing high-value deals with senior stakeholders (C-level, VP)
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills, with the ability to manage multi-stakeholder, cross-functional processes
  • Solid grasp of pipeline management, qualification frameworks, and CRM discipline (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
  • Ability to balance short-term sales execution with long-term partner value creation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey Cafeyn’s value proposition with impact
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a strong asset
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, resilient, and target-driven, with a collaborative spirit and passion for digital media and tech
