Product Communication: Design the logic and content strategy to drive feature adoption and user proficiency.
Marketing Coordination: Support the Marketing team on newsletters and updates to ensure technical accuracy, keeping the user’s journey at the center of every message.
Experience: 5+ years in Product Management, with a proven track record in product communication and content creation.
Technical Collaboration: Skilled at interviewing users, scoping requirements, and navigating technical complexity alongside developers.
Documentation: Ability to write structured functional specifications, user stories, and high-quality user documentation.
Strategic Messaging: Strong ability to simplify complex concepts and translate technical features into compelling narratives.
Autonomous & Proactive: You organize and prioritize effectively, communicating progress and blockers with transparency.
Analytical & Rigorous: You make evidence-based decisions, challenge assumptions, and iterate based on data.
Resilient: You are persistent in the face of challenges and maintain a high standard of delivery.
