Descriptif du poste

As an International Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving and expanding our existing international initiatives while structuring the commercial development strategy in other countries where traction is identified. You will take the lead on what has been built so far, maximizing the potential of each market.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Driving and developing existing international business initiatives, and taking ownership of new markets as soon as traction is identified.

  • Implementing concrete, operational strategies to accelerate growth and maximize market performance.

  • Collaborating closely with management to align priorities and ensure consistency with the overall strategy.

  • Being hands-on in executing action plans, coordinating with internal teams, and optimizing performance.

  • Turning ideas into measurable results, while structuring and clearly communicating your scaling initiatives.


Profil recherché

We are looking for a candidate who has previously held a similar role and can demonstrate tangible successes in international business development. The ideal person is passionate about Leakmited’s project, motivated by our ambitions, and possesses:

  • Natural leadership and excellent communication skills.

  • The ability to influence diplomatically and constructively.

  • The ability to structure ideas and communicate them clearly and logically, especially in a remote context.

  • The aptitude to take concrete initiatives, manage projects autonomously, and turn ideas into measurable results, with a performance-driven approach focused on revenue growth.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluent English is required; bilingual candidates are highly desirable.

  • Proficiency in additional languages (German, Italian, Spanish) is a plus.

  • Experience in scale-ups, startups, or SaaS companies, with a pragmatic, results-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to work independently while aligning actions with the company’s overall strategy.

  • Strong performance and results orientation, with a drive to maximize existing market potential and identify new international opportunities.
