Descriptif du poste

The Spain Director uses their business acumen and leadership experience to define the vision and develop short and long term goals and strategy that drive the achievement of maximum financial performance.
Reporting to the Chief Supply Officer, the Spain Director is responsible for the overall operations (budgets, personnel, marketing effort) and achievement of the objectives (Revenue and EBITDA) for their specific geographic area, in compliance with LC standards in terms of property standards and customer experience.


Profil recherché

Leadership and Management

  • Business objective: lead, plan and direct overall operations 

    • Define the targets for every destination for the Supply, and Stay Teams

    • Develop action plans and implement strategic projects to gain market shares and secure revenue (season purchases, additional services, collaboration with New Biz, review of pricing and mandates, etc.)

    • Work with all teams to help reach the target in terms of growth  for the destination

  • Increase average basket and commission rate 

  • Maintain an efficient cost structure (EBITDA)

  • Reach the target in terms of exclusivity rate, NPS, property activation rate, occupancy rate, Owners and clients’ satisfaction, etc

  • Ensure that teams are highly engaged to deliver exceptional services to guests and owners

  • Ensure teams have the resources, support and knowledge to achieve their goals

Supply and Stay 

  • Grow our owners and collection portfolio 

  • Maintain and develop our owners relationship in order to retain and onboard them.

  • Develop an account management mindset with the Supply team 

  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances with relevant industry stakeholders

  • Define property management needs, taking into account regional specificities. 

  • Be a leader to our regional directors 

  • Commit to and deliver key KPIs as well as a dedicated roadmap in the respect of the allocated budget. 

Strategy and governance

  • Be involved in terms of strategy proposing development initiatives that are in line with the group growth strategy

  • Build a consistent budget with LC Group guidelines

  • Design the strategy, the roadmaps and the KPIs of each team you are in charge of to reach the target respecting the budget

  • Report and validate the main topics that can be an issue or an area of development in order for the management team to analyze it in his weekly CODIR meeting. 

  • Direct all operational aspects for the geographic area, including administration 

  • Ensure regular reportings are compliant with LC Group requirement
