Under the supervision of the Operations Director for Switzerland and Revenue Manager for Switzerland and Austria, you will have a joint role spanning both the Operational and Commercial team. Your main mission will be to provide administrative and operational support to these departments, covering various areas such as Business Development, Collection Management, Operations and Governance.
This role requires versatility, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in an international environment.
Business Development Support
Assist with gathering and collating competitive intelligence and tracking local market trends.
Support the collection and analysis of data to inform strategic recommendations.
Maintain and update databases, tracking tools, and the CRM system.
Help prepare presentations, sales packs, and other business development materials.
Provide administrative support in managing relationships with property owners and partners.
Assist with updating contracts, mandates, and related follow-ups.
Coordinate communication between Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
Collect and organise information on new properties.
Help coordinate property visits, photoshoots, and associated logistics.
Support the administrative process for property listings.
Collection Management Support
Assist with tracking and updating property information.
Assist with communicating with property owners to help optimise availability.
Maintain tracking tools and update property performance reports.
Support the preparation of analyses and recommendations for meetings with property owners.
Contribute to creating training content for Sales and Stay teams.
Help coordinate pre-season visits and VIP arrivals.
Provide operational support during property listings and updates.
Operational Assistance Support
Support the monitoring and recording of operational staff hours.
Assist with stock management, including monitoring orders and coordinating deliveries.
Assist in arranging additional accommodation during peak seasons.
Provide logistical support on-site during high-demand weeks.
Support the monitoring of operational budgets.
Governance Support
Help organise team meetings, communications, and internal events.
Support in the tracking and reporting of KPI’s.
Assist with office management.
Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge of administrative management.

Discretion and confidentiality
Experience
1 to 3 years of experience in an operational role and/or providing administrative support, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector.
Experience in managing day-to-day operations, coordinating multiple tasks and supporting teams in a fast-paced, high-end environment is highly desirable.
Candidates with exposure to international or multi-site operations will be particularly well-suited for this role.
