KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee and steer the Zone Finance transformation roadmap and coordinate the implementation of the related projects
o Coordinate dedicated Projects from Global Finance Transformation roadmap transversally across European entities leading and driving Country Finance Transformation Managers
o Frame the Roll-out & Change Plan for the Zone and adapt it when necessary, based on Zone specificities
o Manage project Management of Transfers to BEST (in case of defined trasnfers in the Zone Roadmap )
o Take part and proactively define Zone specific initiatives furthering Vision 2030 (simplification; changes in ways of working etc)
o Orchestrate the roll-out and lead change management: give the sense and purpose of the project (with Vision 2030 perspective), animate all related meetings, undertake trainings , monitor trouble shooting, animate the project related stakeholders
o Gather and share feedback on ongoing projects, perform post mortem analysis for completed projects and share with the Group for improvement opportunities
Animate the entire Zone Finance community (countries, BESTs & Zones) around Vision 2030
o Drive and communicate Vision 2030 to the Zone Finance Community (via meetings : Monthly Country Finance Transfo Managers ; bi-monthly Zone MD and Divisions ; bi-monthly Country CFO)
o Animate th e Finance Transformation Managers in your dedicated countries to lead the change and drive the Finance transformation
o Identify and share best practices across countries, and other zones
o Participate in Zone Activation meetings, Roadmap Sharing meetings, Transformation Committee Debriefs; exchange with other zones Finance Transformation teams
o Sponsor Value Creation (“Make time for what values most”) within the finance teams and ensure alignment between the Group/Zone stakeholders and local teams (for ex: have a focus on efficiency of the teams, leveraging group tools)
Champion transformation skills & mindset within the finance teams
o Be the guardian of project methodology for finance, in charge of applying its key principles on your scope
o Set the tone on your Ways of working, interacting, & influencing the change: they should be modern, tech supported whenever possible, collaborative and infused with Vision 2030 & Simplicity mindsets
o Be innovative and develop tech savviness through learning, readings and external exchange with peers, as well as personal practice
o Adopt a constant learner attitude, a must have for transformers
o Share and Spread your Transformation Skills as broadly as possible in your perimeter (training sessions, mentoring, tips and tricks)
