Part of the Beauty Tech Data and AI Team, you will join the Analytics Services Team.
Our team’s mission is to define and implement scalable, secure, and efficient analytics platforms and services to empower data-driven decision-making across the Group. We support a wide range of use cases, from standard reporting to self-service BI and advanced analytics, including Text2Analytics.
We are a team of passionate and experienced professionals working collaboratively to structure the future of analytics at scale. We value technical excellence, business partnership, innovation, and knowledge sharing.
The team is composed of around 10 experts based across several regions, and we work closely with Data Engineers, Architects, Business Analysts, and external partners such as Microsoft and Google.
Our key challenges include harmonizing analytics practices across the Group, optimizing data and tool governance, enabling semantic modeling at scale, and continuously scouting for the next generation of analytics capabilities and technologies.
What you’ll be doing
You will report to the Analytics Services Manager within the Beauty Tech Data & AI department.
In your role, you will help shape the vision of the analytics platform architecture, ensuring its robustness and adaptability to various business needs across divisions.
You will contribute to designing an efficient and secure ecosystem that supports self-service BI, standard reporting, and innovative use cases such as Text2Analytics. You will support decision-making around tooling, best practices, performance optimization, licensing strategy, and governance.
You will interact with a wide array of internal and external stakeholders, from data engineers and architects to vendors and business teams. You will also take part in communities of practice and promote analytics culture across the Group.

Your tasks:
Product Ownership (40%)
