YOUR FUTURE TEAM

  • The ServiceNow Platform is one the strategic IT Platforms of the Group, supporting L’Oréal’s IT Transformation and improving our Value Chain. Most of the ServiceNow products have been adopted from IT (ITSM, SPM, APM, ITOM, SAM, GRC, SecOps, VR, …) to Business (HR, WSD, and 10+ Business Applications built on AppEngine ).
  • The Global Team is composed of 6 people, and the whole ServiceNow community is larger, with dedicated Product Owners & Champions.
  • Zone & Business Platform Factories help to deliver faster and closer to the business with experts working all over the world.
  • The Global Team orchestrates the growth and adoption of the ServiceNow Platform & Products, driving the ambitions and the roadmap from the community .


What you’ll be doing

  • Reporting directly to the ServiceNow Manager, as Tech and Solution Architect you will be accountable for understanding and challenging requirements from the business and design sustainable and scalable implementations on ServiceNow Products.
  • With your extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform, you will be promoting standard features and guarantee compliance and long-term maintenance of the platform.
  • You will be working on multiple projects and diverse business customers as the ServiceNow Platform.
  • Your main challenge is to bring together scattered requesters’ short or mid-term needs with L’Oréal ServiceNow Platform long-term ambitions.

Secondly, in this specific position, it will be important for you to have:

  • With several years of experience, you have deeply mastered the development of various modules within ServiceNow, and its lifecycle management.
  • You have been working as a technical strategy designer, familiar with cloud services and integration
  • We are expecting a service delivery-oriented person with strong communication skills, a critical thinking mindset, and a talent for fostering collective intelligence
  • All ServiceNow Certifications are welcomed
  • English spoken & written is mandatory
