A Day in the Life

• You will anticipate future needs by identifying and analyzing the key skills required within R&I (Research & Innovation), both in France and internationally, while also forecasting their evolution.
• You will design and develop engaging and impactful multilingual training solutions, in line with the needs of our businesses and upcoming transformations.
• You will orchestrate the deployment and adoption of these solutions by collaborating closely with internal and external experts, operational teams, and HR.
• You will ensure their seamless integration into our digital ecosystem and their optimal deployment to target audiences.
• You will thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely within the People Development & Learning R&I team and with various internal and external stakeholders.

Your Future Team

You will join the People Development & Learning R&I team, structured around 3 key areas: Design, Activation, and Talent Development. You will work in close collaboration with members of your team and other teams, as well as with numerous internal and external stakeholders.

• You have a keen eye for aesthetics and know how to communicate with impact.
• You are fluent in English and French and proficient with tools such as SuccessFactors LMS, Articulate RISE / Storyline, as well as basic graphic and video creation tools.
