L’Oréal DGO is seeking its new Supply Chain Finance Controller for the team based in Clichy - Rio Office.

Your mission

As Supply Chain Finance Controller, you are responsible for driving and monitoring the financial performance in line with the Supply Chain strategic frame.

As a Business Partner, you liaise with Zones and Divisions Finance stakeholders as well as Supply Chain experts to drive performance, identify risks and opportunities and inform Management about key insights.

As the guardian of internal control, you ensure compliance with Group’s standards.

As a catalyst of change, you contribute to Supply Chain Finance transformation to unlock value for the organization.

You will be part of the DGO Finance Operations team reporting into the Global Supply Chain Finance Director.

Your main responsibilities

  • Coordinate the financial reporting processes (Actual, Budget, Trend) ensuring the highest quality standard of the financial information.
  • Prepare monthly meetings with Leadership of Operations to review performance, assess risks & opportunities as well as corrective actions.
  • Contribute to the preparation of key meetings with General Management such as Suivi de Gestion and Point Operations.
  • Supervise the main economic indicators within your scope and implement necessary action plans with Zones, Divisions or Countries.
  • Follow the financial impact of projects and achievement of KPIs.
  • Drive continuous improvement of our ways of working by leveraging data & tech or analytics.
  • Enforce compliance to Group Norms and regulations and contribute to the improvement of Internal Control in an ever-increasing complex environment.


Your profile & skills

Minimum 5 years’ experience in Finance & Controlling - Experience in Supply Chain would be a plus.

Excellent analytical skills

Proficiency with Microsoft applications and financial systems.

Time management and respect of deadlines

Ability to work efficiently in an international and multi-cultural environment - Good level of English required.

Team spirit and collaborative mindset in a matrix structure environment

Creative problem solving.

Impactful communication.

Ability to convince and influence behaviors of others with integrity and respect.
