D irectly reporting to the Group CTO, the Modern Workplace domain combines 2 major teams: Digital Workplace and Endpoint. Individual Productivity team is part of the Digital Workplace team.

We are at the center of the IT strategy of L’Oréal: we provide global services to business and to the end-users.

RESPONSABILITIES

To deliver the ambitious vision of Modern Workplace for L’Oréal Beauty Tech, as Product Owner of Individual Productivity perimeter, you’ll be responsible of building the future of some major Digital Workplace services.

For the 3 years to come, we aim to push forward our workplace services ecosystem to become the “workplace platform” adapted to each L’Oréal business needs, facilitating hybrid work, increasing wellbeing of our employees, providing measurable and actionable KPIs for all services we provide, promoting real-time collaboration at scale and really enhance the experience of all L’Oréal employees.

The challenges you will meet:

  • As L’Oréal is a worldwide company of more than 80k employees, one of the challenges consists in defining and guaranteeing group standards
  • In parallel, the variety of métiers and regions brings local specificities: one of the challenges consists in finding the right balance between standardizing and answering all Business needs from internal customers (coming from Zones, divisions, or Employee Experience teams)
  • At the same time, you will have to ensure the respect of Security, Data Privacy and Sustainability requirements on your Services


MISSIONS

Listening closely to the market and to the voice of all L’Oréal employees
  • Monitors trends (market / technologies) and identifies opportunities for the company
  • In collaboration with Employee Experience and Business Platforms teams, collects, and understands internal customers’ needs


Defining the services roadmap
  • Qualifies and challenges internal customers’ requests considering Security, Privacy, Sustainability and Financial aspects
  • Define the priority of each request
  • Develop the associated action plan and timeline and share it back with the requester
  • Consolidate the evolution roadmap of each service accordingly


Organizing with agility
  • Is responsible of the backlog completion and prioritization
  • Organizes activities, inside the team and with other teams, to reach milestones
  • Identifies risks inherent to projects and defines actions plans to mitigate them
  • Communicates effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on projects progress
  • Helps the team, composed of a technical Architect, a Project manager and a Service delivery manager (in charge of the Run) unlock the roadblocks


Ensuring service quality
  • Is the key point of contact for the services under its responsibility
  • Defines services ambitions
  • Defines and implements with the team associated monitoring tools (KPIs, dashboards…)
  • Defines and implements with the team the best way to communicate and report on its services
  • Drive continuous improvement of the services under its responsibility
  • Controls these standards under its responsibility are well applied at L’Oréal and drives action plans otherwise


Promoting services

  • Defines and implements the best ways to promote services under its responsibility


THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED!

Secondly, in this specific position, it will be important for you to have:
  • 5 years’ experience in similar positions
  • In-depth practical experience delivering Digital Workplace solutions
  • Strong capacities to analyze, simplify and define realistic action plan even on complex subjects
  • Innovative mindset
  • Strong adaptation capacities in complex and changing contexts
  • Strong project/program management skills as must be able to respond to tight timelines
  • Ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management, as well as both the business and technical areas.
  • Strong business & customer service mindset
  • Strong English level
