A Day in the Life :

Based in Paris and reporting to the Head of Europe CyberSecurity Domains, you will lead and structure our CyberDefense activities across the continent. You will be the cornerstone of our defense strategy, ensuring the protection of our assets while collaborating closely with IT teams, regional Cybersecurity Managers, and the global CyberDefense Center.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Lead and Develop Your Team: You will guide, mentor, and inspire a team of cybersecurity professionals across the Zone. Your role includes defining clear objectives and performance metrics, fostering talent development, and promoting continuous improvement within our security processes.
• Drive Offensive Security & Vulnerability Management: You will define and manage the annual penetration testing roadmap, analyze results to prioritize remediation efforts with IT and business owners, and oversee the end-to-end vulnerability management lifecycle to ensure timely patching of critical threats.
• Act as a Strategic Liaison: As the primary point of contact for the Group’s CyberDefense Center, you will ensure that global security frameworks and tools are effectively implemented in Europe, while providing local insights to refine global strategies and participating in incident analysis.
• Enhance Fraud Detection & Prevention: You will collaborate with IT, data, and business teams to implement and enhance technical controls for detecting fraudulent activities. Leveraging threat intelligence, you will help anticipate new trends and participate in investigations into security incidents.

We Are Looking For

We are looking for a seasoned cybersecurity professional with a strategic mindset and strong leadership abilities. You are an excellent communicator, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.

• Highly experienced in Cybersecurity with a strong technical background in IT systems, security operations, and technologies.
• Proven experience in team leadership, with the ability to mentor and develop talent.
• In-depth knowledge of penetration testing, vulnerability management, and incident response.
• Ability to manage complex projects and drive security initiatives across a large, international scope.
• Fluent in English
• Information security or risk management certifications (ISO/IEC 27001, 27005) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) are preferred. Any additional certifications (e.g., CRISC, CISM, CISA, PMP, etc.) will be a plus for the application.
