You will be responsible for the Run of two digital workplace platforms dedicated to the Retail population. The solution is multi-brand (15+ brands), multi-countries (50+ countries), multi-channel (boutiques, outlets, counters….) and used by more than 30000 Beauty Advisors worldwide.

As a key member of the IT O+O global Organization, you will work with a large ecosystem: business, architects, cyber security, at global or regional level.

What will be your 3 main Challenges:

1. Lead the Run operations of the solution with enthusiasm and a sense of ownership.
2. The user centricity mindset is a must : the quality of the deliveries and the responsiveness is at the heart of this role.
3. You are a self-starter, tech savy, autonomous and innovative, with excellent communication skills

In this role, this could be your next day-to-day:

As an Application Manager, you must target the highest level of service of the solution under your governance, taking advantage of the set of internal or external line of services. You will set up the processes and tools to fullfill user requests, in line with business expectations and while respecting the frame of the IS.

The activities handled by the Application Manager are:

• Ensure the best and continuous service level
• Manage and coordinate operational teams and vendors to ensure the quality of service and achieve service contract commitments (Monitor third parties/AMS provider performance)
• Manage, supervise, and orchestrate the incident management, the problem management, the service request, and collaborate with the Product Owner to co-pilot the demand management.
• Manage interactions with other internal lines of services.
• Communicate to the regions, countries, and the business in a effective way.
• Identify events that may impact the service level.
• Determine the key indicators to achieve the objectives.
• Analyze and evaluate the results of the indicators and propose action plans.
• Manage and master the lifecycle of the applications (CAB & production evolution)
• Ensure the financial follow-up of the RUN perimeter.
• Reporting to management and stakeholders.
