Join the CyberDefense Center of L’Oréal and reinforce our BUILD and CONTINUOUS improvement team!
Our team needs to innovate continuously to ensure the worldwide security of L’Oreal from the growing number of harmful cyberattacks.
The team is key to reach this target and improve the DETECTION and REACTION capabilities while being align with the L’Oreal Beauty tech transformation.
We also want to take this opportunity to create an INNOVATION UNIT and accelerate the integration of CUTTING-EDGE technologies to protect L’Oreal.
Interact closely with our security teams in an international context.

We can summarize your missions in several missions:
- Contribute as an expert to the development and roll-out of the Cyberdefense roadmap
- Challenge our current detection and response capabilities
- Analyze cyber-attacks, be part of our purple team, and drive an improvement plan
IF YOU WANT TO GO FURTHER IN DETAILS, THIS IS WHAT YOU COULD EXPECT TO DO
- Technical contact for the Cyberdefense roadmap
- Propose detection solutions and processes in line with the L’Oreal ecosystem
- Challenges Cybersecurity partners and current detection capabilities
- Implements detection rules on tools (SIEM, EDR, Cloud, etc.)
- Implements automation workflows on tools (SOAR, EDR, Cloud, etc.)
- Experiment with AI / ML functionalities on L’Oreal’s security solutions.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of solutions based on real security incidents, red team , etc…
- Test new Cyberdefense solutions andparticipatein their set-up.

Secondly,in this specific position, it will be important for you to have:
Mandatory skills :
- Knowledge and experience in IT Security Technologies
- Knowledge and experience in Infrastructure (cloudincluded)
- Detection and reaction tools implementation
Nice to have skills :
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, OWASP, …)
- Knowledge in Cyberdefense strategy and tools
- Knowledge of public cloud services (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
- Knowledge of web technologies (API, application security, …)
- Experiencein CERT / CSIRT / SOC ecosystem
- Experience in infrastructure or cloud administration
- Experiencein coding ( in particular in python will be appreciated)
