Kyribais the global leader in cloud-based Enterprise Liquidity Management management solutions, delivering Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) financial technology to corporate CFOs and Treasurers. As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the user interface and overall user experience of our Saas platform. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will lead the design process, from concept development to prototyping and implementation. Your expertise will contribute to the evolution of our product, ensuring it remains intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and product goals.

  • Conduct user research, gather insights, and create user personas to inform design decisions.

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.

  • Iterate designs based on feedback, user testing, and data analysis to continuously improve usability and engagement.

  • Develop and maintain design guidelines, ensuring consistency across the platform.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design, and advocate for their integration into our product.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX design, interaction design, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a UX designer, preferably in a Saas or financial services environment.

  • Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in user-centered design and problem-solving.

  • Solid understanding of information architecture, usability principles, and interaction design.

  • Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
