Kraken powers some of the most innovative global developments in energy.

We’re a technology company focused on creating a smart, sustainable energy system. From optimising renewable generation, creating a more intelligent grid and enabling utilities to provide excellent customer experiences, our operating system for energy is transforming the industry around the world in a way that benefits everyone.

It’s a really exciting time in energy. Help us make a real impact on shaping a better, more sustainable future.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join the team supporting our key solution line, Kraken Customer Management.

In this role, you'll own and execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for one or more products, ensuring they are positioned for success in a highly competitive market. You’ll be the expert on at least one of our core buyer personas, tailoring messaging and developing compelling content to drive adoption and support sales efforts.

Working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams, you’ll play a critical role in driving product adoption, influencing strategic decisions, and enabling the field to win. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who blends strategic thinking with strong execution, commercial acumen, and deep understanding of the energy space.

Our PMMs wear 4 key hats:

  • Ambassador: Bring deep customer, market, and competitor insights into Kraken, leading in-depth research and competitive analysis to guide differentiation and positioning.
  • Strategist: Own and execute GTM strategy for one or more products with minimal oversight. Partner with Product, Sales, Demand Generation, and Customer Success to drive adoption, refine pricing and packaging, and meet business objectives.
  • Storyteller: Master at least one buyer persona and develop compelling messaging and thought leadership that resonates. Drive content strategy across channels to support demand and awareness.
  • Evangelist: Develop business cases, pitch decks, and collateral to enable sales success. Lead sales training on positioning, messaging, and pricing strategies to ensure teams are equipped to win.
  • What you'll need

  • Proven experience in launching and marketing B2B SaaS products, ideally in an enterprise sales environment
  • Background in one of the following sectors: energy, climate tech, electric vehicles, or smart transport
  • Demonstrated ability to lead GTM execution and influence pricing, packaging, and positioning decisions
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience developing content that drives engagement and conversion
  • Excellent analytical and strategic problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding storytelling, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Experience conducting customer and market research to inform messaging and strategy.
  • Even better if you have

  • International experience or knowledge of other languages in addition to English is welcome.
