Kraken Technologiesは、Octopus Energy Group傘下の会社で、エネルギー供給会社向けにKrakenプラットフォームをグローバルに提供しています。現在のクライアントは EDF、EON Next、Origin、Plenitude、東京ガス など。これから数年間でさらに多くのクライアントが参加予定です。

このポジションで何をするの？

現在、日本の大手クライアントでKrakenの導入を進めており、プラットフォーム導入に伴うオペレーション変革＆カルチャー改革をリードするチームを拡大中です。

クライアント・インプリメンテーション・リードは、クライアントのオペレーティングモデル（「どうやって物事を進めるか」）とオペレーティング環境（実際のカルチャー改革プログラム）を統括。クライアントとのカルチャー改革プログラムのコーディネート・構築・管理・実行まで幅広く担当します。テクノロジーチーム、プロダクトマネージャー、クライアントチームと密接に連携して進めます。

クライアント・インプリメンテーション・リードは、Krakenの働き方を体現し、問題を発見し、解決策を作り、ワークショップやトレーニングを通してクライアントに届けます。テクノロジー、プロセス、人を組み合わせて、クライアントのカルチャー改革をイノベーティブに実現する役割です。

主な役割・責任：

クライアントのオペレーション変革支援

・クライアント・インプリメンテーション・リードとして、カルチャー改革プログラムの設計と実行をリード

・Kraken Transformation Directorと連携し、クライアントを変革の旅路に導く

・Kraken Technologiesの実装チームやクライアントと協力して、リーダーシップ開発やコーチングを含むカルチャー改革プログラムを展開

・成功する導入のための計画、タイムライン、リソースを作成

・プロジェクト進捗の管理、問題のエスカレーション、障害の解消

コーチング・ワークショップの提供

・Krakenチームと協力して、クライアントへのコーチングやメンタリングを提供

・トレーニンググループやリーダーシップ開発向けワークショップの準備と実施

・クライアントのニーズに基づいたオペレーション分析を支援し、それをチーム向けプログラムに落とし込む

その他

・場合によっては出張もあり
