We are creating a next-generation Core Insurance Platform, designed to empower insurers & brokers to rapidly deploy innovative products, significantly reducing time-to-market and operational costs. Think of it as the “Shopify for Insurance”, enabling a new era of agility in the insurance industry.
We raised a 5m€ seed round in Sept. 2024 with Ventech, following a 2m€ pre-seed in Nov. 2022 with 360Capital. We are thriving and hiring across business roles.

We are building a new generation of Core Insurance Platform, designed for the rapid launch of insurance products.
Core Insurance Platform ? The software used to create, operate and modify insurance policies. So highly technical and very important - basically you cannot innovate in insurance without a high quality Core Insurance Platform.
You can have all the chatbots, mobile apps, AI models and fancy stuff but it is all useless if your core platform is legacy !

🚀 The Role
As part of our growing sales team, you will develop and scale our business on your territory in EMEA.
Your key objective will be to identify potential customers and lead the sales process in order to identify leads, create new opportunities, and sign contracts in your territory.
This will include the following responsibilities :
Business Development :
Identify, prospect and acquire new logos in the insurance and brokerage sector.
Build and manage your own pipeline of named accounts through proactive outbound efforts and effective lead qualification
Analyze prospects’ needs and position Korint to meet their specific challenges
Expand existing accounts in collaboration with the Operations team
Complex B2B sales cycle:

Senior stakeholders relationships:
Negotiation and closing : Lead negotiations with high-level contacts and ensure the successful signing of contracts of various sizes
You will be based in our Paris office. Traveling for business development events may be required in the territory.

✨ Requirements
We are looking for an Account Executive to drive our expansion into EMEA. Ideal candidates have a passion for entrepreneurship, like working in dynamic environments, love building robust pipelines, and excel at closing high-impact deals.
You have +6 years B2B sales experience, as a Business Development Representative/ Account Executive - an experience in a tech company or in the insurance space is a plus
You have proven expertise in business development and a track record of mastering sales strategies for complex B2B SaaS products, with proficiency in using CRM tools (Pipedrive), for accurate tracking and forecasting
You have a good self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize them efficiently
You have a ‘hunter’ mindset, and excel at identifying potential customers, possessing the agility and adaptability required to open doors
You possess the level-head required to project manage different sizes of contracts, with excellent presentation skills to navigate short and mid-term sales cycles with senior stakeholders
You are proactive, dynamic, eager to learn, action-oriented, autonomous, but also able to work collaboratively
You possess excellent communication skills, whether oral, written, or non-verbal - In English and French, and nice to have German or Polish
