Descriptif du poste

Within the CMI Marketing Department at Maison Kitsuné, you will play a key role in driving and implementing 360° marketing action plans across all channels. Acting as the main point of contact for subsidiaries, franchises, and wholesale partners, you will identify their needs, deploy tailored local strategies, and ensure alignment with HQ’s global vision.

Your mission will be to strengthen Maison Kitsuné’s desirability and visibility worldwide (including Kitsuné Bien-Être, Kitsuné Musique, and Desa Kitsuné), through innovative, coherent, and market-adapted activations.

Your Responsibilities

Cross-functional coordination

  • Consolidate the needs of internal teams (Collection, Merchandising, Commercial, CMI) and share them with the relevant stakeholders.

  • Act as the central contact for schedules, key milestones, deliverables, and cross-department roll-outs.

  • Anticipate and coordinate briefs (image/product shootings, assets, SKUs, deadlines).

International deployment & local strategy

  • Build strong relationships with subsidiaries, franchises, and wholesale partners, providing tailored solutions to their needs.

  • Develop and execute local strategies per territory, aligned with the global CMI strategy.

  • Ensure the update and roll-out of campaigns across retail and digital partner platforms.

Project management & 360° activations

  • Manage the 360 Calendar, ensuring synergies between Maison Kitsuné, Café Kitsuné, and Kitsuné Musique.

  • Coordinate Kitsuné Club Nights in franchise markets, linked to product launches and music releases.

  • Support Desa Kitsuné Bali on local projects and activations in collaboration with global teams.

  • Lead seasonal launches and collaborations (in-store activations, events, media/PR campaigns, influencers, GWP, etc.).

  • Create toolkits to support campaign roll-outs (kick-off decks, roll-out decks).

  • Ensure timely execution of launches and adherence to critical paths.

Communication & local support

  • Provide local teams (Retail, E-Retail, Wholesale) with clear, structured tools for successful execution.

  • Co-develop 360° activation strategies (digital, media, PR/influence, in-store, events) and support store openings or specific projects.


Profil recherché

  • Profile

    • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

    • Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in 360° marketing project management, ideally within an international fashion, luxury, lifestyle, or retail environment.

    • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and rigor.

    • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional projects.

    • Strong interest in fashion, music, and lifestyle, with an affinity for creative and multicultural environments.

    • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
