Role Overview
Reporting to the Head of Image, the Art Director/Stylist oversees all creative and visual brand direction and styling guideslines for Maison Kitsuné, across all brand touch points, ensuring alignment with the brand’s vision, voice and values.

This role combines strong creative leadership and direction, with hands-on styling expertise. From concept development and moodboard creation to on-set direction and post-production supervision, you will ensure that every piece of content reflects the brand’s aesthetic and storytelling with excellence.

Key Responsibilities

·       Art Direction: Develop and present creative concepts, moodboards, and visual narratives for photo and video shoots, ensuring alignment with brand identity and marketing objectives for all briefs locally and internationally.

Styling: Create strong, impactful stying guidelines for the brand and each seasonal collection with the Creative Direcctor, with a focus on showcasing hero items and commercial priorities defined by merchandising and sales teams that fit the creative vision. Managing, overseeing and executing styling for all productions from Ecom, editorirals, local and international productions, talent dressing and events

·       Shoot Supervision: Be present on set to direct and guide the creative execution from art direction and styling, ensuring consistency and high-quality outcomes according to the styling guidelines and creative brief.

·       Collaboration: Work closely with internal Maison Kitsuné CMI teams, Creative Director, Studio, Collection & Commercial teams to external photographers, videographers, set designers, makeup artists, collaborators, agencies and the production team to bring concepts to life according the the creative brief and brand guidelines.

·       Post-Production Oversight: Supervise editing, retouching, and finishing processes to guarantee the final assets meet creative standards.

·       Trend Research: Continuously monitor fashion, cultural, and visual trends to keep the brand’s creative direction fresh and relevant.

·       Brand Guardianship: Ensure visual consistency across all platforms and content formats (social media, e-commerce, campaigns, editorial, digital marketing, etc.).

·       Wardrobe Management: Oversee the preparation, organization, and return of garments and accessories used during shoots.

·       Creative Innovation: Propose new ideas, formats, and storytelling approaches to elevate the brand’s image and engagement. Identifying new agencies, talent and vendors to build and collaborate with to drive the brand direction forward aligned to the brand vision.

·       Operational Excellence : Strong managearial, presentation, benchmarking and reporting skills. Strong cross-functional coordination internally and externally. Ensuring regular communication with subsidery partners in China and Japan and partners support.


Profil recherché

Qualifications & Skills

·       Proven experience (5+ years) as an Artistic Director, Fashion Stylist, or similar creative role within the fashion or luxury industry.

·       Strong portfolio demonstrating creative vision, styling expertise, and execution across multiple media.

·       Deep understanding of fashion trends, styling techniques, and visual storytelling.

·       Ability to translate brand strategy into compelling creative outputs.

·       Excellent organizational skills to manage styling logistics alongside creative responsibilities.

·       Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and align diverse creative teams.

·       Familiarity with post-production processes (retouching, editing, motion content).

·       Passion for aesthetics, detail-oriented, and highly proactive.

·       Fluency in english / French.
