As a Product Manager Intern, you will be part of the Product team, working closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Developers.

Your mission:

Your role will focus on user research, data analysis, and insight generation — helping the team make informed product decisions.

Under the guidance of a Senior Product Manager, you will:

• Conduct user research: Prepare, run, and synthesize user interviews and surveys to deeply understand passenger and driver needs.

• Analyze data: Explore product analytics and metrics to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.

• Synthesize insights: Combine qualitative and quantitative findings into clear, actionable recommendations.

• Contribute to discovery: Support the Product team in scoping problems, validating hypotheses, and prioritizing opportunities.

• Collaborate with other teams: Work hand in hand with Design, Tech, and Users/Client facing teams to ensure user insights are embedded in our decisions.

• Document learnings: Help maintain clear and up-to-date product documentation to support internal communication and alignment.

This internship will allow you to develop a strong foundation in user-centric product management and contribute to meaningful projects impacting real users.

• You are in the final year of a Master’s degree in Ile-de-France(Business, Engineering, UX, or equivalent).

• You are curious and love to understand user behaviors and motivations.

• You have strong analytical skills and enjoy transforming data into insights.

• You make smart use of AI tools to enhance your work and learn faster, rather than using them as shortcuts.

• You have excellent synthesis and communication abilities, both written and spoken.

• You are organized, autonomous, and reliable.

• You speak French and English fluently.

• Bonus: You have experience with Notion, Figma, Amplitude, SQL, or data dashboards.
