Descriptif du poste

At Karos, we’re on a mission: make carpooling mainstream.

As part of our Operations team, you will be the driving force behind our clients’ carpooling projects — from companies to local governments. Your role? Build and grow local carpooling networks, and convince people to change deeply rooted mobility habits.

We’re looking for energetic, hands-on doers who thrive on action and impact.

Build carpooling communities: On the ground and online, you’ll create momentum around carpooling, engaging both employees and citizens.

Talk to users, not just spreadsheets: You’ll pick up the phone, listen to blockers, and identify what’s holding people back from carpooling.

Design and launch initiatives: From fun challenges to creative campaigns, you’ll set up actions that boost adoption and make carpooling part of people’s routines.

Empower our clients: You’ll work closely with companies and local authorities, turning them into ambassadors who promote carpooling within their communities.

Analyze and adapt: You’ll keep a close eye on data (usage, engagement, KPIs), spot friction points, and quickly adapt your strategy.

Profil recherché

You live in Paris, Lyon, Marseille or Toulouse -

A natural doer: You don’t hesitate to test, call, launch, or try new things. You learn fast and keep moving.

People person: You’re persuasive, enthusiastic, and great at motivating others to change habits.

Analytical thinker: You can interpret data, identify patterns, and turn insights into concrete actions.

Creative & proactive: You like designing initiatives (communication, challenges, incentives) that make carpooling attractive.

Autonomous & collaborative: You can lead your projects independently while working hand in hand with your team and clients.

English proficiency: No need to be bilingual, but you can work in English both written and spoken internally.

(Bonus) You have prior experience in mobility, community building, or project management.

A Master’s degree in project management, sustainable development, mobility, or communication is a plus — but what really matters is your energy and ability to mobilize people.

Depending on your experience, the salary package ranges between 42 - 45k€ (incl. variable fee)  plus benefits (Alan health insurance, Swile card, sustainable mobility package).

1st round: motivational interview

2nd round: short and practical business case study
