As part of our Operations team, you will be the driving force behind our clients’ carpooling projects - from private companies to local governments.

Your role? Build and grow local carpooling networks and convince people to change deeply rooted mobility habits.

🚀 Your Mission

• Build carpooling communities: On the ground and online, you’ll create energy around carpooling, engaging both employees and citizens to redefine public transport and genuine, equitable, sustainable mobility.

• Empower our clients: You’ll work closely with your clients - a combination of companies and government authorities - to make genuine changes in their communities and regions.

• Talk to people, not just spreadsheets: You find the balance between setting strong strategies and keeping an eye on data (usage, engagement, KPIs) while getting your hands dirty - picking up the phone, listening to blockers, and identifying what’s holding people back on the ground.

• Design and launch initiatives: From data deep dives to creative campaigns, you’ll set up actions and processes that boost adoption and embed carpooling into public transport networks and people’s daily routines.

• English proficiency: You don’t need to be bilingual, but you can work comfortably in English, both written and spoken.
